RSRTC E-Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. RSRTC provides online Passenger Reservation System through its website. All RSRTC reservation and booking rules apply along with special conditions for internet booking.
2. Users must register on the RSRTC website to book e-tickets. By clicking “I Agree”, the user enters into a legal agreement with RSRTC. Multiple registrations by a user will lead to cancellation of all bookings without notice.
3. RSRTC may share user information with government authorities, police or regulators if required by law.
4. If any part of these terms is invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
5. This agreement supersedes all previous agreements and is legally valid in printed or electronic form.
6. Booking Procedure
   • Tickets can be booked using Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking.
   • Seat allocation is based on service type selected.
   • Passenger must carry printed e-ticket and original Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID etc).
   • Without ID or ticket, travel is treated as “Travel without Ticket”.
   • SMS alerts will be sent for booking and cancellation.
7. Fare & Charges
   Fare includes base fare + reservation charge + IT charge + HR charge + toll tax + accidental surcharge and other applicable charges.
   Debit/Credit card surcharge: 1.2% of total fare + ₹10 per transaction.
8. Cancellation & Refund Rules
   
   Refund based on Base Fare only:
   

   Cancellation Time	Refund
   Before 24 hours	95% refund (5% deducted)
   24 hrs – 1 hr before departure	80% refund
   1 hr – 30 mins before departure	50% refund
   Within 30 mins of departure	No Refund

   • No refund if passenger misses the bus.
   • HR charge, toll tax, accidental surcharge will be refunded fully.
   • Refund will be credited to the original payment method only.
